If it will be your first visit to Grace, fill out this form ahead of time so we can help you get your family checked in smoothly and quickly! When you arrive, go to Kids Korner and let them know you filled out the form online. They will check in your children and help get them settled. No need to fill out the form again after that and you can use our Self Check-In Station!
